Rental Agreement The RV Owner agrees to rent the RV to individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Renter(s)”) at Leisure Lane RV Resort under the terms and conditions set forth by the Resort. 2. Resort Policies The RV Owner acknowledges that the Renter(s) must comply with all rules and policies set forth by Leisure Lane RV Resort. 3. Renter’s Non-Compliance or Non-Payment In the event that the Renter(s) are asked to leave the Resort due to non-compliance with Resort policies or if the Renter(s) abandon their site without settling their account balance, the following conditions shall apply: a. Notification: Leisure Lane RV Resort shall notify the RV Owner promptly of the Renter’s departure or abandonment and provide the outstanding account balance details. b. Payment Obligation: The RV Owner agrees to pay the full outstanding account balance of the Renter(s) plus any electricity and site fee accrued for any additional days the RV occupies the space to Leisure Lane RV Resort before retrieving the RV. c. Payment Timeline: The RV Owner shall settle the account balance within 3 days of receiving the notification from the Resort.4. RV Pickup The RV Owner agrees that they will not remove or pick up the RV from Leisure Lane RV Resort until the account balance has been fully paid and cleared with the Resort. 5. Liability and Indemnification The RV Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Leisure Lane RV Resort harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Renter’s non-compliance or non-payment. 6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. 7. Amendments This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written document signed by both parties. 8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
